Matcha Banana Muffins Recipe

Banana Muffins were always my favorite when growing up and now we have found a way to incorporate some Matchami goodness into them! These muffins are great when eaten fresh out of the oven but are also super delicious when served cold! These green muffins are some of our favorite treats :)

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Whisk oat flour, baking powder, sugar, Matchami powder and ensuring no clumps
3. Stir almond milk, egg and syrup together
4. Pour into flour mixture and combine
5. Mix mashed banana into the mixture
6. Allow to sit for 5 mins once combined
7. Spoon the mixture into muffin tray lined with muffin liners
8. Bake for 24 minutes until the muffins have risen
9. Allow muffins to cool - and enjoy!
