We are looking to add more amazing Influencer Managers to our Teami team! The position we are looking to fill is in-house at our Teami office in Seminole, Florida and full-time (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM with 1 hour from home).

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

Teami Blends is prominent on social media and works with influencers and celebrities who promote our products on their pages to raise brand awareness!

We are looking to add more Influencer Account Managers who work with anywhere from 100-500 influencers and celebrities across various social media platforms!

Duties include the following:

 

  • Searching for and contacting new influencers and celebrities to promote our products.
  • Communicating with influencers via email, phone, Instagram Direct Messaging, etc.
  • Negotiating deals with influencers or celebrities in order to start a business collaboration with them on their social media platforms.
  • Managing influencers in order to have them post on social media as scheduled, promote company sales, and educate their audiences in an “on-brand” way.
  • Being SUPER organized and great at admin!

 

Skills

  • Social skills is a must! Being able to communicate and work well with others.
  • Loves challenges + performance based goals.
  • Excellent written & communication skills.
  • Does not break under the pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Highly self-motivated.

 

Qualifications

  • Sales experience not required, but a MAJOR plus! This is a performance based position where you can earn bonuses!!
  • Prior experience in a marketing or advertising, but not mandatory.
  • Experienced / has worked in account management
  • Superior oral, written and listening skills with the ability to assist all members in a friendly, courteous manner
  • A team player with a positive attitude!
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 55-65 words per minute
  • Perfect spelling and use of grammar in written responses
  • Loves working through data, using excel and tracking success
  • Does not shy away from hard work- loves to put in the time, effort and dedication to reap the rewards!

 

Day Schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm with 1 hour from home. This is a full-time and in office position.

Compensation:

 

Base hourly: $13-$15 per hour

 

After 6 months: Eligible for hourly increases from $15-$18 based on performance.

 

MONTHLY BONUSES!

 

After 30 days you will be eligible for bonuses based off your performance and sales. Our bonuses have no cap and can range $200-$2,000+/month based fully off your production and ownership in the role!

Warehouse Associate

We are looking to add Warehouse Staff to our Teami Team!

 

Job Type: Full-Time, This position is currently temporary but has the possibility for a permanent position.

Salary: $10.00 /hour

 

Job Summary

 

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Open bales, crates and other containers
  • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
  • Prepare parcels for mailing
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Wear the proper safety equipment
  • Able to stay focused on the task at hand and pay special attention to detail.

 

Qualification requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
  • Must have reliable source of transportation

 

Physical demands and abilities

  • Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs
  • Loading and unloading heavy objects from trucks for up to several hours at a time in Florida weather conditions
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
  • Occasional use of tall ladders
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

 

Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide delightful customer service through casual, unscripted conversations via email and live chat. No contact via phones!
  • Resolve billing and technical issues and provide order status information
  • Assist in sales by providing detailed information about products and services to customers
  • Provide customer feedback and data to relevant internal teams across the company
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge to engage in consumer education and support sales efforts

You will be responsible for maintaining good relations and building accounts with all kinds of retailers! You will be contacting business owners through email and phone to get our product into their stores!

 

What You'll Bring:
