  1. Mix the salmon, parsley, tomato, and yogurt
  2. Create little balls out of the mixture
  3. Place lettuce on your crackers
  4. Place your salmon ball on top of the cracker and lettuce
  5. Decorate the top of the salmon ball with the cherry tomato cut in half
