  1. Cut 2 bananas into quarters and place in a ziplock bag and freeze until solid.
  2. Put bananas into blender and add 1/2 cup of coconut milk (sub almond or soy milk)
  3. Add just a drop of vanilla extract
  4. Blend until smooth and serve immediately
