Middle Eastern Chopped Salad Recipe
Yes, we all need to eat our veggies – but sometimes it can be so boring and unsatisfying! The Teami Kitchen whipped up a delicious Middle Eastern Chopped salad with added protein!

Step 1) Take your tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions and cilantro and chop them up into fine cubes. The smaller the better!
Step 2) Cut up avocado into cubes, add to top of salad
Step 3) Place 30 raw sesame seeds in your magic bullet, nutribullet, food processor – or basically anything that will grind it into a powder!
Step 4) *The Dressing* Add your squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and salt to your salad and mix!
This salad will not only be super delicious – but it will also be super filling! The avocado & sesame seeds provide healthy fats and proteins that help you stay full, longer!
