Some special ingredients in this superfood snack is chia seeds, pink salt and dark chocolate chips! Swapping your normal chocolate chips with dark chocolate may not sound like much but seriously keeps the same yummy taste but turns it into an actual beneficial ingredient! Dark chocolate is antioxidant-bursting with health benefits like improving brain function and heart health. 

Chia seeds are a subtle ingredient to add to a variety of foods and drinks because it's easily hidden in the taste but still gives you superfood benefits! They are a great source of fiber, aid in weight management, and have detoxifying properties! Another easy swap is pink salt, which contains over 84 minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron, so it does more than just make your food taste better!

Protein Balls

Chia Seeds

Maple Syrup

Oats

Dark Chocolate

Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. It should resemble a somewhat sticky dough that holds together when lightly squeezed. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 40 mins to set.

Once set, scoop a small amount of dough + roll in your palms until it's a ball!
