Energy Bites

If you are looking for a healthy snack that will give you power throughout the day or during a workout, you are in the right place. These energy bites are fully of the nutrients your body needs to create natural fuel.

Yields: 1 dozen
Level: Easy

INGREDIENTS

  1 cup rolled oats
  1/2 cup almond butter
  1/2 ground flaxseeds
  1/2 dark chocolate chips
  1/3 cup honey
  1 tablespoon chia seeds
  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Chill ingredients in fridge for 30 mins
3. Roll ingredients into a ball (makes 20-25)

* You can keep in these in the fridge for up to a week!
