Blueberry Parfait Recipe

Blueberries help promote a strong heart by increasing heart muscle tissue and also aid in memory loss prevention. They are also known to help fight liver, colon and ovarian cancers. Greek yogurt is a probiotic which aids in digestion by stimulating good bacteria growth in intestines. It is rich in protein, B12, calcium, and potassium.

  1. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl this will be used as a light garnish and flavoring between the layers. 
  2. Add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom of your glass and top with a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon. 
  3. Cover the yogurt and cinnamon layer with blueberries and repeat the process until your glass is full or you are out of ingredients!
