Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup boiling water
- 1 scoop Teami Beauty Butterfly Collagen
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup milk (your choice)
Directions
- Boil water and pour into a different pot.
- Add Teami Beauty Butterfly Collagen, cacao powder, and honey.
- Whisk together until blended.
- Add milk and stir or froth, then serve!
Makes two servings.
Berry Beauty Collagen Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 scoop Teami Beauty Butterfly Collagen
Directions
- Put nut milk, berries, and collagen in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a popsicle mold and let set for three hours or until completely frozen.
- Enjoy!
Makes 4-5 popsicles.
"On Vacay" Collagen Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop Teami Beauty Butterfly Collagen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
Makes one smoothie.
Berry Collagen Froyo
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Teami Beauty Butterfly Collagen
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Put froyo mixture in a freezer-safe dish and stir in extra berries.
- Spread mixture out evenly in the dish.
- Freeze for two hours or more before eating.
- Serve and enjoy!
