3 Healthy + Delicious Protein Packed Recipes

6 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Learn how to make one of my favorite, healthy recipes - protein pancakes! With just six simple ingredients you can make these protein pancakes for you and you family on weekends!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free oats blended or 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dairy free or greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop Teami Wellness Protein Powder
  • 1 cup nut milk

Instructions:

  • Most diet friendly pancake recipes can turn out a little dry, the hero in this recipe is the yogurt.
  • These pancakes can easily be gluten free by using gluten free oats, dairy free, and have 12g of plant based protein.
  1. Start by adding dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the eggs and milk and whisk them together to break up the yolk.
  2. Then stir the wet and dry ingredients together until there are barely any clumps left.
  3. Cook each pancake until you see little bubbles start to form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.



Choco Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ready to make a super delicious and protein packed smoothie bowl? You're going to want to make this recipe over and over again!


Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Add frozen bananas and raspberries to a food processor or high powered blender
  2. Add a splash of milk and blend
  3. Slowly add the rest of the milk until the desired consistency
  4. Top with whatever you want! We topped ours with chocolate chunks, raspberries, pistachios & dragon fruit



No Bake Chocolate Protein Bars

Protein bars make great snacks for work or for school kids! I make my protein bars on Sunday when I meal prep and then I have them ready for the rest of the week!


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Teami Wellness Protein Powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nut milk or water as needed

Instructions:

  1. Combine the protein powder and rolled oats in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Blend until the oats are powdery and blended.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Pour into the food processor.
  3. Add the nut butter, honey and vanilla extract
  4. Process until it clumps and forms a ball in the fist of your hand.
  5. If mixture feels dry, add 1 tablespoon of water and process again.
  6. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Scoop the protein bar mixture into the pan and press firmly with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  8. Freeze for a minimum of 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
  9. Keep bars in the fridge as they become soft at room temperature.
