Grab and go energy bites! Perfect as a post workout snack!
2 scoops protein 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest 2 Tbs coconut oil 1 tsp. lemon extract 1/4 dried blueberries
1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl2. Add in the wet ingredients3. Mix the ingredients together until smooth4. Roll into about 12 1 inch balls5. Place in the fridge for up to a week6. Enjoy 2 energy bites for up to one week
