Drink your Teami Colon every other night before bed.
Steep in a mug for 1-5 minutes if you are just starting out. As you continue detoxing, you should gradually increase the amount of time your colon tea is steeping in your mug. The longer you let it steep, the more effective the cleanse will be. Start from 1-5 minutes and work up to 30 minutes!&
Add honey, nectar or lemon as a natural sweetener if needed.
DETOX MASK:Dampen face slightly with water.
With fingertips, or our Mask Applicator Brush, apply a thin to medium layer on face & neck.
Allow 10-15 minutes for the mask to dry. The mask will change from a dark green color to a lighter green, showing that it is dry and finished with the detoxification process.
Simply wash off with water and pat skin dry.
Enjoy the fresh feeling of your detoxed skin! Use 1-4 times weekly, as needed. Best applied at night.
