How She Lost 23 Pounds in Just 30 Days
Q: Why did you start using the detox and how long have you been using Teami?
Q: How much weight have you lost so far?
A: I started out at at least 162lbs (possibly more before I weighed myself which I was always afraid to do). I'm now down to 139 (23lbs lost). I've not been in the 130's in 11 years!
Q: What is your favorite way to sweat?
A: I love a good 30 minutes of cardio and then some leg or arm work. Gotta work on toning this butt and thighs! Although I wasn't able to work out when I first started the detox since it was post surgery.
Q: How do you find time to work out during the day?
A: I work out once my kids are in bed. The gym is 30 seconds from my house and I love going at night!
Q: What advice do you have for anyone is starting the detox?
A: Give it the full 30 days! And don't stop/start. You've got to discipline yourself and stick to it. Don't be discouraged by others quick results if they have them. Our bodies are different and beautifully unique. Drink lots of water, watch what you eat and portions, but know you can still love and eat food! This is not a means to not eat.
