INGREDIENTS

[Title] Apple Cinnamon ONOs
  1/2 cup rolled oats
  1/2 milk or non-dairy alternative
  1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1 sliced apple

[Title] Peanut butter Banana ONOs
  1/2 cup rolled oats
  1/2 milk or non-dairy alternative
  1 teaspoon chia seeds
  1 tablespoon peanut butter or other nut butter
  1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1/2 banana chopped

[Title] Matcha ONOs
  1/2 cup rolled oats
  1/2 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  1 teaspoon matcha powder
  1 tablespoon chia seeds
  dash of vanilla extract
  dash of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients into a jar

Mix until fully combined
Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours
Grab your ONOs from the fridge and you are ready to eat!
