1. Slice both apples into thin slices and toss with fruit juice to keep from turning brown
2. Slice strawberries into bite sized pieces
3. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
4. Assemble the nachos
5. Start with a layer of apples and then drizzle on some chocolate
6. Add strawberries and blueberries and some more chocolate
7. Top it off with coconut flakes and sliced almonds
8. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens
