On the Go Detox Smoothies

These detoxifying, healthy smoothies are super delicious and a great way to keep up with your health goals in your busy life!

They're super easy to take on-the-go, especially while doing our 30 Day Detox! If you're craving something sweet, they will definitely curb that craving while fueling your body with super healthy fruits & veggies- which you can have unlimited amounts of during your detox!

So what better way to get your fruit & veggies in than to throw them all into a delicious, energy fueling smoothie?! Make these quick and easy smoothies for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or to fulfill those sugary cravings! We think you're really going to love them- we sure do! 


Strawberry Sunrise 

1 cup water

1 cup strawberries

1 beet (peeled/cooked)

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 an avocado


Not only will strawberries help make this beautiful pink color, they also are bursting with Vitamin C to help your skins health and give you that youthful glow! Another benefit not many people know is that the seeds of strawberries contain the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid - which has been proven to improve your mood! 

The other pink ingredient, beets, are known as natures super multivitamin! Skip the drugstore and grab beets - these veggies are full of vitamins and minerals including magnesium, Vitamin A, B and C! 

Orange Dreamsicle

1 cup milk of choice

1 banana

1 small orange

1 carrot

1 inch fresh ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric



You may have always heard carrots are a superfood for improving your eyesight, but do you know the other amazing benefits of them? Some of the benefits include promoting glowing skin and improving your liver! One fun fact about carrots is they act as natures toothbrush and can get rid of plaque on your teeth, staining, and improve gum health! 

Tumeric is also an amazing additive to any smoothie and can seriously boost its benefits without adding flavor! It contains compounds with medicinal properties and has been used as a natural remedy in India for centuries! Some of its many benefits include reducing inflammation and boosting brain functioning!  

Lean Green 

3/4 cup water

1 banana

1/3 cup pineapple

1 handful spinach

1/4 tsp wheat grass

1 tbsp Teami Matcha

Handful of ice cubes


Matcha is grown in the shade, producing more chlorophyll to give it detoxifying effects! Studies have linked matcha to a variety of health benefits, like helping to prevent heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer, and even encouraging weight loss! 

Wheat Grass is another superfood that if you aren't incorporating it into your routine yet, this is your sign to start! It helps all aspects of your body - being packed with vitamins and antioxidants! It aids in skin health, immune system, healthier hair, and digestion! Not to mention, it's available in so many forms so its super easy to incorporate into your daily life!
