How to make healthy and delicious Latkes


We made guilt-free, delicious latkes to bring to all of your holiday parties- whether it's a Hannukah celebration, Christmas celebration, or a simple get together with your besties!

They're originally made with potatoes, but we're giving you our healthy version so you can stay on track with your goals around this time of year!


-1 cup chopped cauliflower

-1/4 cup chopped onions

-1/2 cup mozzarella

-1/4 cup almond flour

-1 tbsp parsley

-1 tsp salt

-pinch of pepper

-one egg

Mix together, put into pan, let cook for 3-5 each side. ENJOY!!!
