Golden Milk Turmeric Latte


Turmeric Tea Lattes are one of our favorite lattes to make during the Fall season! They're usually called "Golden Milk Lattes" for the rich, vibrant gold color of this delicious drink. Not only is it super yummy, this latte is the perfect wellness booster to strengthen your immune system during flu season!

So...what is turmeric anyway? Turmeric is a bright yellow, super aromatic powder derived from an Asian plant similar to ginger! One of the best antioxidants out there, it's mainly known for it's anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce pain and stiffness in the body. 

Other benefits of turmeric:

  • Fights Free Radicals (those tiny little bad guys who want to get you sick!)

  • Anti-Aging Benefits

This latte is basically everything you need for the Fall a mug ;)


1 tsp. fresh ground turmeric (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
1/4 tsp. fresh ground ginger (or 1/8th tsp. dried)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. coconut oil
2 cups unsweetened almond milk*


-Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Gently heat over medium low flame, whisking until all the ingredients have come together and the milk is heated through.

Pour into a mug, get in your coziest PJ's, and enjoy!
