Delicious Immune Boosting Smoothies for Fall

Fall is one of our favorite seasons! The weather is great, there's so many fun holidays, and it means all the cozy hoodies & boots! But it's also cold season.....which can put a damper on all the fun things Fall has to offer! 

We made two delicious smoothies that are packed with ingredients that will help boost your immune system this season, so you don't have to be stuck at home with a cold while all your friends are taking Insta-worthy pics at pumpkin patch! 

A delicious, spiced Chai smoothie that will naturally boost your energy and give you all the fall feels!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut or nut milk

  • Steep your Teami Chai and use the water

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (pinch)

  • 3 ice cubes, or 1 frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with a sprinkle of extra cayenne if desired.

  3. *Cayenne is optional, but great for sinus congestion!

A zesty smoothie full of Vitamin C rich lemon and ginger to soothe your throat and boost your immune system!

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, cored

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 inch chunk fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1-2 Swiss chard or kale leaves

  • 1/2 cup water add more water for thinner consistency

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds. Transfer to glass and enjoy!

  2. Add in 2 ice cubes for a colder smoothie.

  3. ENJOY!
