A delicious, spiced Chai smoothie that will naturally boost your energy and give you all the fall feels!
1 cup coconut or nut milk
Steep your Teami Chai and use the water
1/2 tsp cayenne (pinch)
3 ice cubes, or 1 frozen banana
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Top with a sprinkle of extra cayenne if desired.
*Cayenne is optional, but great for sinus congestion!
