3 Easy DIY Breakfast Milkshakes

Don't have time to get ready, look good in the morning AND eat a healthy breakfast?? Neither do we! That's why we came up with an easy and on-the-go trick to fitting in the most important meal of the day.

All you need are:

Blender

A traditional blender or a magic bullet will do!

Mason Jars

I got mine at my local general store!

Smoothie Ingredients

Prep time is only about 10 minutes, and you can make at least one for each day of the week! 


For my first shake, I’ll make a PROTEIN PACKED banana nut smoothie - it is perfect for after workouts or if you want to replace your morning egg sandwich...


Banana Nut Smoothie Recipe

Here's what you'll need:

  • Half cup of greek yogurt (I used Fage)
  • One banana, sliced
  • Half a scoop of protein powder (one scoop of my vegan protein powder is 20 grams per serving!)
  • One teaspoon of coconut nectar or honey
  • One tablespoon of nut butter (I used cashew butter!)
  • Almond Milk (pour in before you make your shake in the morning!
