Healthy Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Pizza always tastes great in the morning! Learn how to make a healthy breakfast pizza that will satisfy your cravings, so you can eat pizza without all the guilt and extra calories!

Directions
- Slice your tomatoes
- Cut up toppings (we used spinach and mushrooms so no cutting was necessary)
- Scramble 5 eggs together
- Add salt, pepper & parsley
- Set your oven to Broil on High
- Over medium heat, add 1 tsp of olive oil to your pan (make sure the pan is oven safe and the handle can withstand heat without melting)
- Saute mushrooms until soft
- Add eggs and stir
- Add spinach
- Stir the egg mixture until it’s only slightly runny
- Put the pan into the oven for 5-8 minutes
- Remove from the oven
- Loosen the edges so the pizza isn’t stuck to the pan
- Plate and slice up into pizza triangles
